Website terms of service
Effective October 18, 2026. Online forms are paused and do not send personal information. Project selections stay in your browser. Please call us about your project or a privacy question.
These terms cover the General Contractor Brunswick website and its project-request tools. A building project needs its own review and written agreement.
Planning information and project requests
The service pages give general guidance on home building and remodeling. Each house or lot needs review.
That review helps define the work.
An estimate request starts a conversation about your project. It does not book a build date or guarantee we will accept the job.
It does not create a building contract.
Prices, scope and written agreements
Planning ranges on the site cover the work stated with them. They are not a quote for a room or property we have not seen.
The written proposal defines what work the price includes.
A building agreement should name the contracting party. It should state the agreed work, price and terms.
Read that agreement before relying on a website description of the service.
Use Maine's home construction guide when reviewing proposed work. These site terms do not remove rights or protections the law gives you.
Property and municipal review
Review the site and the building for the work you propose. A service page cannot settle the rules for every lot.
It cannot prove that a new room use or addition will be accepted.
Town review and any needed approvals depend on the project. A design idea or website image does not guarantee a permit.
A planning discussion does not grant one, either.
Images and examples
The images illustrate design and building ideas. They are not proof that this brand completed a customer's project.
Your home's scope and products need their own written description. A pictured room does not show what your proposal includes.
Information you submit
Share only details you have the right to provide. Keep notes relevant to the project.
Do not send another person's private details without authority. Do not use the site to send harmful or unlawful material.
Read the Privacy policy for how details are handled. The form's submission authorization sets out the contact permission requested when you submit it.
Links and website use
Outside links help you review a topic. Their publishers control the content.
A link does not establish an endorsement or business partnership.
Contact us before reusing site material in a publication or business presentation. Do not use the illustrative images to claim that you completed the work shown.
Questions and updates
Call (207) 288-7927 or visit the Contact page with a site or project-request question. Any commitment for your project needs to be confirmed in the relevant written agreement.
We may update these terms as the site and request process change. Read the terms shown with a request before sending details.
