This policy explains how General Contractor Brunswick uses information from this site and project requests. It covers details you share.
It also covers the request data needed to serve the web pages.
Information you choose to share
A project request may include three kinds of details:
- Contact details. Your name, phone number and email address so we can discuss the work.
- Project details. The town, type of work, rough budget and notes or files you choose to share.
- Message records. The request and later messages, with your contact permissions and preferences.
Keep notes focused on the home and work. Please leave out passwords, card numbers and other private details the request does not need.
How project information is used
We use these details for three purposes:
- Reply to the request. Read the project notes and discuss questions about the work.
- Plan the next talk. Check the town and scope, arrange a discussion and keep a record of the request.
- Support the service. Resolve message problems, protect the site and keep records needed for business or legal purposes.
A request does not create a building contract. Any proposed work needs a separate written agreement.
Who may help handle a request
Where your request or permission calls for it, these three groups may handle the details:
- Our team and assistants. People who help review the project and reply to you.
- Service providers. Providers for web hosting, project records and calls or messages.
- Project professionals. Home-service professionals involved in the work or contact permission you request.
We may also share details when the law requires it. We may need to share them to address misuse or protect lawful rights.
The form's submission authorization sets out the contact permission requested there.
Hosting and essential site functions
Cloudflare hosts this site. It processes web request data to deliver and protect the pages.

We do not use ad pixels, analytics tags or session-recording tools on this site. Basic site or security features may still process request data.
They may also use browser storage needed to work.
Calls, texts and email
The permission shown with a project form lists the contact methods requested. It covers the stated use of automated calls and texts.

Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

A change in contact preference may not remove records we must keep. We consider why the records are needed and which rules apply.
