We want people to be able to read and use the General Contractor Brunswick website in different ways. We plan and review pages and forms with that goal in mind.
What our accessibility work covers
We focus on three practical needs:
- Readable information. Clear headings, useful image descriptions and text you can enlarge without losing content.
- Usable controls. Links and forms that make sense and work with a keyboard as well as a pointer.
- Comfortable browsing. Content that stays available with reduced motion and layouts that fit different screen sizes.
The W3C Web Accessibility Initiative provides guidance for this work. We do not claim independent certification.
We also do not claim that every possible barrier has been removed.

These three details help us review the issue:
- The page. Share its web address or the service and town you were viewing.
- The difficulty. Tell us which text, control or task was hard to use and what happened.
- A useful reply method. Tell us how you prefer to discuss the issue and what other way would help.
Please leave sensitive personal details out of a report. Start with the page and the task you were trying to complete.
Continuing review
We review access as pages and forms change. Reports help us find what needs work.
They also help us offer another way to communicate where one is needed.
